You can return a product if the following conditions are met:
If there is any issue after receiving the product, you must inform our customer care within 24 to 48 hours. Complaints after the specified time will not be accepted.
After the returned product reaches our office, it will be inspected. If everything is found to be valid, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your bKash, Nagad, or bank account.
Note: It is best to check the product in front of the delivery person. Courier/delivery charges are non-refundable (subject to conditions).
