Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can return a product if the following conditions are met:

• If you received the wrong product.
• If the product is damaged or defective.
• If the product quality does not match the website description.
• The product must be unused and returned with the original tag and packaging.

2. Time Limit

If there is any issue after receiving the product, you must inform our customer care within 24 to 48 hours. Complaints after the specified time will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

After the returned product reaches our office, it will be inspected. If everything is found to be valid, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your bKash, Nagad, or bank account.
